For school leaders
Quest, for schools
A six-year post-school success programme that runs inside your school, on the devices your learners already have. In pilot now, opening to schools in 2027.
Career guidance doesn't scale.
One counsellor to several hundred learners. A handful of conversations in the final year, most of them too late to change a subject choice. Learners leave with a certificate and no plan.
Quest gives every learner a structured six-year process instead of a rushed conversation at the end.
How schools run it
We don't impose a model.
As a timetabled lesson
Slot Quest into a life-skills, pastoral or guidance period and work through it as a class.
As a club or independent work
Assign it and let learners work at their own pace, in their own time, on their own phones.
As set work
Assign a whole Quest or individual activities as homework and track completion from the dashboard.
Schools mix these. Quest fits the timetable you already have rather than replacing it.
What teachers actually do
Teachers can assign a whole Quest or pick individual activities, set the time learners have, and monitor from the school dashboard.
They do not mark anything: the system marks the objective activities and Quest Coach marks written work and evidence submissions against a rubric.
The school dashboard shows the school at a glance — learners enrolled, learners active, Quests completed — then a card for each grade level with its teachers, how many learners have joined, how many Quests they have finished and their average progress. Opening a grade level drills into individual learners.
Learners join by entering a school code, so there is no roster to upload and maintain.

What learners get
Six years, Grade 7 to Grade 12, each year asking one question.
- Year 1
Who am I?
- Year 2
Was I right about myself?
- Year 3
What do I uniquely have to offer?
- Year 4
What kind of life do I want to build?
- Year 5
How do I get from here to there?
- Year 6
How do I turn my dreams into reality?
Each year produces a document the learner keeps and builds on, ending in Grade 12 with real applications submitted.
See the learner journeyWhat your school needs
- Quest runs as a web app in any browser, and as an Android app.
- It needs an internet connection. Quest does not work offline, because the AI coaching happens live.
- It is built deliberately light for Kenyan networks — small video files, lean pages, low data use — so it works on modest school wifi and on a learner's own phone data.
- Nothing else. No installation on school machines, no special hardware.
Works in any school
No activity depends on your school having particular clubs, facilities or staff. Where an activity sends a learner out to find something, there is always a school route, a community route and a start-it-yourself route. A learner whose school runs no clubs can complete every activity.
Safety and data
- Learners give a name, a chosen Quest ID, a password and one recovery contact.
- No national IDs, no addresses, no photographs of themselves — avatars are chosen from characters we designed.
- Teachers and school administrators see progress and completed work for their own learners only.
- Quest Coach runs on a commercial AI service under a paid business agreement, which means learner work is used to generate their feedback and is not used to train anyone's models.
- We do not sell learner data and there is no advertising anywhere in Quest.
Where we are
Quest is built inside a school network. Before we sell it to anyone, we run it in our own classrooms.
From October 2026 Quest is in pilot with three Nova Pioneer schools — Tatu Boys High School, Eldoret Boys High School and Eldoret Girls High School. We open to other schools in 2027.
