Who we are
Built by educators who actually run schools.
Year after year, we watched our own learners leave school with good results and no plan. The part of the system that should have prepared them for what came next belonged to nobody.
So in August 2025, Nova Pioneer — a network of schools across Africa — set up Nova Pioneer PSSP Limited with one purpose: to build Quest. We run it in our own classrooms before we offer it to anyone else.
Why this problem?
Nova Pioneer runs schools. We have seen learners work hard, earn good results and reach the end of school without a plan for what comes next.
The gap was not ambition. It was structure: nobody owned the long, practical process of helping each learner understand themselves, compare real routes and turn a decision into an application.
Quest was built to take responsibility for that part of the journey.

Designed from the realities of schools and learners here, not adapted from a distant system.
