Deleting your Quest account

Quest is operated by Nova Pioneer. You can delete your account and all of its associated data at any time, from inside the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in to Quest.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What happens next

Your account and all data associated with it are permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes your login credentials, your name and contact details, your avatar, your activity responses and scores, and your progress history.

If you are under 18

A parent, guardian, or your school administrator may make this request on your behalf.
